What Martial Art do you favor?
Brazillian Jiujitsu, but I have a black belt in Korean Tang Soo Do, and have trained in Thai and American Kickboxing,Taekwondo, JKD Concepts, and Uechi Ryu Karate.. But BJJ all the way :-) lol

really tight but i'll be back to train next week its not like this is anything new im just goin to do alot of extra exercises to build the muscle up so it wont happen again otherwise it feels good to be feared haha

Jr won 1st in gi tattoo dave got 2nd in no gi james won 1 match in gi and i won my first and then had to pull out in the middle of the sec. cause i hurt my shoulder...otherwise we all kicked as our wins were dominating wins
